Competition entry form

Welcome to take part in Kuusamo Nature Photo competition! The competition is open for entries from May 15 to August 3, 2025.

Before Participating:

  • Read the full competition guidelines and rules

  • See detailed category instructions for the Hannu Hautala and Art of Nature series

  • Make sure JavaScript is enabled in your browser’s privacy settings

Participation:

  • The entry fee for the Hannu Hautala and Art of Nature categories is 30 euros. This fee allows you to enter both categories

  • After completing the registration payment, you will receive a participation code for each category and a payment receipt by email

  • Even though you receive codes for both categories, you may choose to enter only one, if preferred

  • Submit a separate entry form for each category, using the corresponding code

  • You may submit up to five (5) images per category, and all images must be submitted in a single upload

  • Note: After submitting, you cannot edit or remove your images

Competition entry form

When you have paid your entry fee, you will receive codes with which you can register to the competition.

Please note that each registration code is specific to one category and can be used only once. You can take part in only one or in both categories. If you participate in both series, fill out a separate competition form for each category and use the category-specific code. All images entered into one category must be uploaded at the same time.

  • ter making the payment, you will receive a registration code. Please note that the registration to both categories of the competition – Hannu Hautala (Category 1) and Art of Nature (Category 2) is done at the same time.

    Accepted file types: jpg, jpeg, Max. file size: 2 MB, Max. files: 5.
      A maximum of five (5) images can be submitted (JPG, JPEG). The metadata of each image must contain the photographer’s name, email address and telephone number.
      My personal data can be used in context of information about and marketing of upcoming events at Kuusamo Nature Photo Festival. Personal data will not be shared to any third party.
      The information I provide will be recorded and processed in accordance with the Kuusamo Nature Photo Privacy Policy.
