Klo 12.30-         Departure (rideshare) to Käylä rapid river for working.

We’ll all draw together from life, each with their own techniques exchanging ideas and impressions.

The theme is just the nature that is around us, starting from direct experience and observation everyone will interpret and put on paper with the drawing one of the many stories that the place is telling us … landscape, rapids, water reflections, plants, animals, texture of the birch bark, traces left by the humans, leaves, etc. etc.

At the end we will put all the drawings on the ground in a same place, we will look at them all togheter and we will discuss them.

Helping and directing (if needed) by co-artists Fabrizio Carbone, Marco Preziosi, Alessandra Cecca ja Alessandro Troisi.

Klo 17.30-         Departure back to Kuusamo College

    Tuesday 13th of Sep

9.00                     Gathering to Kuusamo College art classroom (Arvola).

An introduction to working., Marco Preziosi, Alessandra Cecca, Alessandro Troisi and Fabrizio Carbone

“The nature of Finland on canvas”. We’ll draw the nature of Finland on a big sheet of paper all together.

Everyone can independently decide the subject or the subjects to draw with their own colors and their own technique. Everyone will choose their own space in the canvas but maybe we’ll come out of this boundary, it will be a way of drawing that will make us stand next to each other, we will intertwine, probably we will help and give space to our neighbor.

The result that we will have before our eyes in the end will be a collective and multicultural vision of the nature of Finland, a sort of puzzle of images, which can also enter one into another, and that all together tell the place around us.

Combining the works to one canvas or several canvases.

11.30-12.30      Lunch brake (a possibility to have a lunch in a student restaurang)

12.30-16            Working continues, final discussions and conclusions
