Eeva Mäkinen is a photographer based in Kuusamo, Finland, known for her soft and dreamlike visual style. She gained wider recognition through social media and is one of the first Finnish nature photographers to build a career via Instagram. Today, she remains one of the most followed Finnish nature photographers on social platforms.
In addition to photography, her work includes writing for nature magazines, organizing photo tours, and shooting for clients. Since 2017, she has collaborated with Nikon and is now in her fifth year as a Nikon Creator.
